In addition to achieving status as a compliant AMC supplier, there are also opportunities through our program to achieve, Primary, Preferred, or Recommended supplier status to partner strategically to achieve best pricing and service levels across our portfolio.

AMC Requirements for Supplier/Vendor Registration and Compliance:

Up-to-date Vendor or Supplier contact information

Up-to-date Vendor or Supplier contact information

Successful OFAC and background screening

Professional license information (required for some supplier and vendor types)

Confirmation of AMC properties you will service and/or place product.

Proof of insurance; Certificate must show current General Liability, Auto, Workers Comp,

appropriate Additional Insured wording, Endorsements and Waivers of Subrogation.

Completed W-9 form

Payment of annual registration fee
