I’ve grown in every role along the way thanks to supportive leaders and mentors; I even built a strong relationship with a long-time client which led to an opportunity to oversee a large portfolio. Each role has challenged me in new ways, especially transitioning into Affordable Housing which continues to fulfill me daily.

One of the most rewarding experiences of my career was leading a large market-to-tax-credit conversion, which involved full interior and exterior renovations. We completed it ahead of schedule, and I remained at that community for a decade. That spirit of trust, opportunity, and high standards is at the heart of AMC’s culture.
